They are committed to further developing their already established Fixed Income business, and thus they are open to meeting talent with a proven track record across any Credit product - Flow or Structured. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of traders across various credit products.
• Define and execute trading strategies that align with the firm's global objectives and risk appetite.
• Oversee market-making and proprietary trading activities, ensuring optimal risk-adjusted returns.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Structuring, Research, and Risk to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends to inform trading decisions.
• Represent the credit trading function in senior leadership discussions and contribute to broader business strategy.

• Extensive experience in credit trading at a bank, with a strong track record of PnL delivery.
