The Royal Ballet and Opera (RBO) is a world-leading arts organisation, based largely in the Royal Opera House - one of the world`s most celebrated theatres. The RBO is home to The Royal Ballet, The Royal Opera, and The Orchestra of the Royal Opera House.

This role is part of the leadership team for our Audiences and Commercial division (A&C), overseeing creative studios, content, production, broadcast, marketing, communications, digital products, and commercial teams. A&C aims to grow and diversify audiences, innovate storytelling, and enhance brand perception to ensure financial sustainability.
We seek a dynamic, visionary creative leader to ensure our creative assets are engaging and effective, and to safeguard and evolve our brand identity (notably, our recent rebranding from Royal Opera House to Royal Ballet and Opera in 2024). The successful candidate will lead our creative studio to deliver inspiring, innovative solutions aligned with our mission.
