We’re working with a hugely exciting Social Agency in Manchester that’s looking for a Head of Creative Content to join their growing team and lead their creative output.
Our Client
A multi-award winning agency that works with some huge consumer brands. They’ve grown quickly since their inception but have a strong culture and values in place, of world class work with work/life balance.
The Role
You’ll help to shape their creative approach, pushing work to new levels and ensure everything produced is designed to perform for the appropriate channels, native and not adapted. You’ll be hands-on from strategy to execution, managing and mentoring a team of creatives, writers, and strategists, balancing content strategy from lo-fi creator led production through to higher end premium production, choosing appropriately based on the brand and their target audience. The role will see you push the boundaries of what social first content can be, through a mix of reactive, trend-driven creative and longer-term brand-building social storytelling.
You
They’re looking for a senior, social led creative thinker who instinctively understands what makes content succeed on each platform. You should have the ability to deliver creative strategy from start to execution, with proven experience of leading and mentoring diverse teams of creatives. You’ll be a confident, enthusiastic presenter in client situations, able to confidently and empathetically challenge client perceptions, as well as having a strong understanding of commercials and how to deliver concepts to client budgets.
What’s in it for you
