How You'll Make an Impact

Supervise adjusters and other team members, drive hiring and training, manage workloads and performance, ensure compliance, and utilize metrics to evaluate and improve team performance. Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments.

About You

Requirements:

• High school diploma and 12 years of claim experience, including at least 3 years in supervision.
• Appropriate licenses and certifications for all states handled.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree.
