Job Type:Permanent

Location:Edinburgh, Birmingham, or London (Hybrid), with an expectation of at least 2-3 days in the office.

Salary and benefits:£115,000 - £130,000 plus an indicative bonus range of 30%-60%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The Role

  • Lead with impact: Oversee the completion and submission of all UK (and some overseas) corporate tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery;
  • Inspire and manage: Lead a talented team across Edinburgh, Birmingham, and London, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration;
  • Transform and innovate: Partner with our Senior Manager for Tax Technology to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance controls;
  • Advise and influence: Working alongside the Deputy Group Tax Director to deliver high quality advice to the business in a commercial context;
  • Deliver value: Free up capacity to focus on high-impact, value-added tax insights that support business growth.
