Job summary

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd are supporting a leading UK financial planning firm to appoint an experienced Head of Corporate Solutions. This senior leadership role is hybrid, based in Farnborough/London with 1 day in the office each week, and offers a salary up to £85,000 plus discretionary bonus.

You will lead the Corporate Solutions channel, grow relationships with corporate clients, shape the proposition, ensure regulatory compliance and drive commercial performance across the UK

Qualifications

• Experience leading corporate financial planning, wealth management, or employee benefits.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, new business generation and profitability.
• Experience evolving client propositions in response to market needs.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Leadership experience coaching advisers/consultants.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty, and risk management.
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder management; able to influence senior leaders.
• Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial approach.
• Commitment to client outcomes and high compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Corporate Solutions channel with accountability for performance.
• Set objectives and KPIs; monitor and achieve targets.
• Create a high-performance culture focused on client outcomes and commercial success.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching for consultants.
• Shape channel strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients; identify new opportunities.
• Drive growth by expanding markets and routes to market.
• Ensure high-quality client experience and long-term relationships.
• Maintain compliant policies and governance across the channel.
• Provide timely management information and KPIs.
