An established industry player seeks an experienced Corporate Partnerships professional to lead fundraising efforts and manage high-value relationships. This full-time, fixed-term role offers the chance to work creatively and strategically with a passionate team. You will be responsible for securing and managing a diverse portfolio of partnerships, ensuring income growth, and leading a dedicated team. Do you have outstanding presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills? Can you lead and inspire a team in an ambitious and creative environment?
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Partnerships professional to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months from mid July 2025. The Head of Corporate Partnerships, together with their team including a Corporate Partnerships Manager and Officer, will develop and maintain an outstanding portfolio of Corporate Partnerships, including current partnerships with TikTok and luxury jewellers, Pragnell.

This position is offered as a full-time, fixed-term contract for up to 12 months, depending upon the return of the postholder. The role is based in London with regular travel to Stratford-upon-Avon for events and meetings.
You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend work outside of normal hours. The RSC offers flexible and hybrid ways of working, with the team typically in the office 2-4 days per week.
