This opportunity will suit a senior individual who is looking to lead a team and advise on complex mid-market M&A and Private Equity transactions.

This is a partner opportunity for an experienced individual to joina rapidly expandingcorporate department and play an integral role in the future expansion of the team moving forwards.

The successful individual will have some experience in areas including:

• Private Equity, Purchase and Sale of businesses, Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Venture agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Terms of Business etc.

• You will have extensive experience across a range of work, including M&A, JVs, restructures, private equity and venture capital.
  Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Experience in handling fast-paced and highly demanding clients.
• Excellent technical ability.
• Commercially aware.
• Appetite for business development / own client following
