We are seeking a candidate with a combination of M&A experience and domain knowledge of the technology sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Research the IT landscape in countries of interest to N-iX
  • Identify targets, initiate communication, and exchange information
  • Produce in-depth analyses of selected companies to assess potential acquisitions
  • Present findings and engage stakeholders within N-iX
  • Coordinate with external consultants and partners
  • Lead deal phases alongside senior executives and corporate functions
  • Manage post-deal integration processes
  • Analyze and structure personal investment opportunities for shareholders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Economics or Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A, consulting (Big 3), or similar roles in tech companies
  • Familiarity with the technology business sector
  • Understanding of M&A processes, customs, and terminology
  • Strong skills in structuring and presenting information
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Energetic and self-motivated personality
  • Fluent English
