Job summary

Gillespie Recruitment is assisting a well-established legal practice in recruiting a Head of Conveyancing. The role leads a busy residential property department, combining strong technical knowledge with leadership to drive performance, client service, compliance and team development.

The successful candidate will have qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer experience, with proven leadership and a track record of meeting financial targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or experienced conveyancing professional to take the lead in a busy residential property department. The successful candidate will combine strong technical conveyancing expertise with proven leadership skills, helping to drive performance, client service, compliance, and team development.

The Opportunity

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent experience

• Strong technical knowledge across a range of conveyancing transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and experience working to financial targets
• Confident decision-maker with strong organisational skills
