The Opportunity

Cpl is actively recruiting for an experienced Head of Contract Sales to join an award-winning manufacturer in a newly created role supporting their exciting growth plans across Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Strategic Sales Leader to join this award-winning business leading the expansion and management of high-value contract and key accounts.

About the role

As Head of Contract Sales, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role focusing on delivering commercial success through strategic partnerships, exceptional customer service, and innovative sales strategies.

Reporting to the, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive revenue growth with existing high-value accounts through strategic planning, promotions, training, and new product adoption.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new contract business opportunities nationwide.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational goals.
  • Manage budgets related to displays, samples, marketing materials, and internal visits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Deliver impactful proposals and training to enhance customer knowledge of the product range.
  • Leverage data to inform sales strategies and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop sales forecasts and collaborate with purchasing to ensure supply continuity.
  • Cultivate relationships with specification bodies, architects, developers, and Tier 1 contractors.
  • Represent at industry events and seminars.
  • Host customer visits and product presentations at Uform facilities.
  • Present performance updates and strategic plans to senior leadership.
  • Champion company values through leadership, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • 5+ years in account management, senior sales, commercial management, or operations within a B2B environment.
  • Strong experience securing new client partnerships/ contracts within building, housing development/ residential and commercial sectors.
  • Proven track record in account development, new business acquisition, and contract delivery.
  • Strong strategic sales capabilities with a focus on increasing incremental sales and profitability.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using KPIs and sales trackers to monitor performance.
  • Willingness to travel across Ireland with occasional overnight stays.
