Head of Contract Recruitment – Insurance Sector (London)

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our interim/contract recruitment division while overseeing high-impact contract and managed services projects.

The Role

About You:

  • Proven leadership in contract recruitment, ideally in the insurance/financial services sectors.
  • Strong track record of exceeding financial targets and managing high-performance teams.
  • Experience with senior stakeholders and driving recruitment success.
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance market and a passion for business growth.
