Job summary

Agilio Software Group is seeking a Head of Content Strategy for a remote, part-time leadership role (approx. 0.4–0.5 FTE) based in Newport, UK. You will set strategy, governance and the operating model for content across Primary Care, Dental, Hospital and SME markets, ensuring clinical credibility, quality and AI readiness.

You will lead a unified content team, champion practical AI tools, and drive cross-functional collaboration to align content with product roadmaps and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-sector content strategy and governance.
• Ability to oversee clinical/learning content with quality and compliance.
• Proven leadership of content teams and collaboration with product/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver cross-sector content strategy to be modular and reusable.
• Lead a unified content team (Senior Editors and Content Ops Manager).
• Govern content quality, standards, and governance across jurisdictions.
• Support AI-enabled content tools and hands-on content creation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on content offerings.
