Job summary

We UC in Southampton is seeking a Head of Content to lead daily filming of the team, product and office, both in front of and behind the camera. You will edit and publish fast across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube—Stories, Reels and Shorts—and build a scalable content machine with a steady schedule and posting calendar.

You’ll work closely with the founders and Growth Marketing Manager to turn strategy into publishable content that grows We UC's user base, while developing personal brands that

Qualifications

• Proven audience built on social platforms (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube).
• Strong on-camera presence with portfolio.
• Consistent content creation: filming, editing, publishing.
• Daily posting mindset with short-form instinct.
• Daily use of AI tools to speed up production.
• Good visual design sense in all output.
• Bonus: basic marketing knowledge and fast execution.

Responsibilities

• Film the team, product, office, wins and misses daily.
• Present, narrate and lead formats on camera.
• Edit quickly and publish across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube (Stories/Reels/Shorts).
• Build content machine: backlog ideas, filming schedule, editing pipeline, calendar.
