The RoleYou’ll take full ownership of our content output — scaling our monthly newsletter into a high-quality weekly publication, writing and editing new articles, and updating older pieces to make them more valuable and relevant. You'll manage a small team of writers, build efficient editorial systems, and ensure all content reflects our tone, values, and standards.
This is a hands-on role with strategic oversight. You’ll set the editorial calendar, brief and review work, and optimise how content is created and delivered. You’ll shape how we inform and engage our audience across email and our website, reporting directly to the co-founders.
