Head of Content Creation Supplier Management

We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive the outsourcing and supplier management strategy for ELT content creation. The Head of Content Creation Supplier Management role is central to scaling high-quality content delivery through effective supplier partnerships, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Lead the development and execution of global outsourcing models for ELT content.
  • Manage supplier commissioning, performance, and capacity planning across regions.
  • Align resource strategies with product pipelines and business priorities.
  • Oversee KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Content, Product Managers, and operational teams to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Drive cost control, budget planning, and supplier value optimization.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in supplier management, outsourcing strategy, or content operations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in resource planning, performance metrics, and budget control.
  • A passion for innovation and operational efficiency in content delivery.
