Job summary

Paysafe is seeking a Director of Consumer Architecture to shape the architecture for Skrill, NETELLER, paysafecard, and related platforms. You will lead and grow a dedicated architecture team, aligning technology strategy with business priorities and delivering scalable, resilient platforms for 10 million customers.

Hybrid working model in London, with collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Compliance to drive initiatives and modernize the tech stack.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading architecture, engineering, or technology teams in fintech, payments, digital platforms, or similarly complex environments.
• Proven people leader with coaching and talent development skills.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence across audiences.
• Ability to translate complex tech into clear business outcomes balancing customer needs and risk.
• Experience defining tech strategy across multiple products or domains.

Responsibilities

• Set the architectural vision and technology direction across Paysafe's Consumer portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and champion a team of architects, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to turn business priorities into technology strategies.
• Influence investments, roadmaps, and architectural decisions across products.
• Drive platform modernization balancing speed, scalability, and resilience.
• Review designs and provide guidance on high-impact initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Compliance to deliver seamless experiences.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends to evolve architecture.
