Head of Construction Recruitment £50,000 + Car + Performance related pay

Norfolk / East Anglia

This is your opportunity to step into a Head of Division role and take ownership of our Construction Recruitment arm from the very beginning. What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Leading the setup and growth of our construction recruitment division
2. Building and managing client relationships across the construction sector
3. Developing strategies to scale operations and manage major accounts
4. Sourcing and placing skilled and general labour across projects in the region
5. Growing and mentoring a future recruitment team
6. Working closely with the director on strategy, business development, and expansion
