Job summary

TEKEVER UK Swindon site seeks a senior leader to build and run the composites manufacturing capability from scratch, shaping layout, staffing, and processes to achieve the required production rate. You will own the area end to end: layout, pre-preg lay‑up, tooling, cure, trimming and inspection cells.

You will recruit, onboard and lead the team, drive production to rate, and transfer best practices to our European plant network. A hybrid working model and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in composites manufacture for aerospace, automotive, marine, or UAVs.
• Hands-on with both wet and prepreg lay‑up processes and materials selection.

Responsibilities

• Own laminate schedules, resin systems and core materials; ensure traceability.
• Lead the physical build‑out, layout, and ramp to rate of the composites area.
• Operate and maintain curing, trimming and inspection cells.
• Drive lean improvements and 5S in the manufacturing area.
• Collaborate with cross‑plant teams to transfer best practices.
