Head of Compliance
London (Canary Wharf with hybrid working)
The role
This is a newly created Compliance leadership role, reporting directly into the Nest Invest CEO, and with a dotted reporting line into the Director Compliance of Nest Corporation.
Nest is on a path to becoming one of the largest asset owners in the world. Whilst Nest manages around £50bn today, that figure will grow to around £100bn or higher by the end of the decade. That scale of growth means that it is essential that Nest Invest has a culture that prioritises compliance, and strong processes in place to ensure it meets the highest standards of conduct. We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to lead the development of the compliance function within Nest Invest during the next stage of our evolution.
The role will build and be the hands-on leader of Compliance for Nest Invest but with responsibility for shaping and delivering Compliance Target Operating Model inline with the evolving investment strategy and scale of the organisation.
The person
The successful candidate will be an experienced and hands Compliance leader to design and embed a Compliance roadmap that will evolve with the business (assets under management, investment strategy and implementation approach). Additionally;

Nest Invest is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). For the role holder, this means working in a regulated entity, and being required to adhere to certain rules and behaviours included in the FCA’s Code of Conduct (COCON), specifically the individual Conduct Rules defined by the FCA.
