Job Description:

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a senior compliance professional to lead regulatory and financial crime compliance for its Guernsey-based businesses.

This leadership role offers the chance to join a dynamic international team and drive a strong culture of compliance across legal, fiduciary, investment, and accounting services. The successful candidate will serve as both MLCO and MLRO, acting as the main regulatory contact in Guernsey.

Key responsibilities include managing the local compliance programme, advising on client and operational risks, developing policies, preparing regulatory reports, overseeing training, and monitoring, and mentoring the local team—with scope for team growth.

Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years’ PQE, senior-level compliance or risk experience within a regulated environment – ideally in fiduciary or investment services, and a strong understanding of Guernsey’s regulatory and anti-financial crime frameworks.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that values collaboration, integrity, and innovation.

If this role interests you, please contact Cameron or Frasia for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 17314)
