Job Description:

Shell Trading and Supply (T&S) is the world’s largest energy trader, and at the centre of the energy transition and decarbonisation plans. We are looking for a Head of Compliance Advisory – EMEA, Shell Energy, to join our team in London.

This role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer for Trading & Supply and involves overseeing compliance across multiple geographies within EMEA. The responsibilities include providing advice on compliance obligations, supporting the business in understanding and managing compliance risks, participating in governance committees, reviewing new business activities, and collaborating with legal, finance, and audit teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior advisory or regulatory role within the EMEA energy markets, with strong knowledge of the rules governing gas, power, and carbon trading, as well as financial regulations. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
