Our client, a global leader in their field, is seeking a Head of Compliance (Advisory) to join their team on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer, who is highly inspirational, and involves working in partnership to build best-in-class compliance teams in the UK and internationally.

The key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring business activities comply with company policies, laws, and regulations
• Providing strategic oversight, interpreting regulations, and engaging stakeholders to anticipate compliance risks
• Leading and developing compliance programs such as policy development, third-party due diligence, and sanctions programs
• Managing global and strategic projects to enhance compliance with laws and regulations
• Designing controls and mitigation strategies
• Supporting the business in designing compliant initiatives
• Implementing compliance policies and training programs internationally
• Engaging with senior stakeholders with professionalism, discretion, and integrity

Candidate Requirements:
