Job Description:

Our client, a global leader in their field, is seeking a Head of Compliance (Advisory) to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer, and the successful candidate will work in partnership with them to build best-in-class compliance teams both in the UK and internationally.

The responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the business to ensure activities comply with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Providing strategic oversight, interpreting regulations, and engaging stakeholders to anticipate risks and inform decision-making.
• Leading and developing compliance programs such as policy development, third-party due diligence, and sanctions programs.
• Managing global and strategic projects to enhance compliance with laws and regulations.
• Designing controls and mitigation strategies.
• Assisting in designing new initiatives to ensure compliance.
• Implementing compliance policies and training programs internationally.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications include:

• Extensive experience in compliance roles, especially sanctions and third-party due diligence.
• Experience in a global leadership position.
