Job description

We are thrilled to be hiring a Head of Compliance on behalf of our mortgage provider client, based in London on a hybrid basis. This is a great opportunity to step up into a Head of Compliance role which will have SMF 16 and 17 responsibility over time.

The role will focus on all areas of regulatory compliance, with a significant focus on MCOBS with oversight and line management of 1 junior manager in the existing team.

We are seeking experienced candidates who have:

• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge of FCA rules and regulations
• MCOBS expertise and previous experience in the mortgage sector

This is a permanent role, paying up to £120k per annum with excellent benefits.
