Head of Compliance - Finance | Professional Services | Midlands-Based Role. 4-Day Work Week. Salary £ DOE + excellent benefits + Hybrid role.

Are you an experienced compliance officer ready to support a diverse group of professional services companies growing vastly through acquisition? A forward-thinking professional services firm is expanding—and we’re looking for a regulatory-focused Head of Compliance or an accountant looking to specialise to lead the day-to-day compliance function. With a keen interest in regulation, governance and risk management you will ensure that practices are delivered effectively and consistently across the business. This role combines operational influence with strategic input, supporting leaders in building an engaged, high-performing workforce while ensuring compliance with ICAEW, ACCA, HMRC, AML and other requirements.

The ideal candidate will enjoy detail, regulation and process and will want to play a pivotal role in protecting both businesses and clients, as well ensuring best practice across an expanding group of companies.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with a strong understanding of client engagement onboarding and technical flows. Experience in managing change and embedding processes across multiple offices would be beneficial. This is a great opportunity to lead and mould a business whilst growing a team and responsibilities within a rapidly growing group.
