As the Head of Communications & Engagement, your impact will include:

Focus Areas:

  • Ensuring client understanding of digital solutions' strategic benefits
  • Championing the integration of digital offerings
  • Creating impactful collateral to bring digital concepts to life
  • Innovating products such as derisking tools, interactive dashboards, and digital engagement platforms

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the strategic communications team, ensuring high-quality service and clear strategic direction
  • Advising clients on appropriate communication and engagement strategies to meet their objectives
  • Supporting revenue targets by recommending solutions and collaborating with operational and leadership teams
  • Promoting the communications proposition in sales processes and enhancing Capita Pension Solutions' reputation
  • Developing and maintaining strong client partnerships, working collaboratively across teams
  • Providing strategic counsel to senior leadership
