The Role
We're looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Communications to lead and deliver our communications, public affairs, and crisis response strategies. You'll raise the profile of our work with young people, manage reputation, and build strong relationships with media and political stakeholders. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll help shape our organisation's future, while developing internal communications to engage and inspire our team, whilst managing the Communications Manager

About you:
We're seeking a strategic communicator with strong media expertise, political awareness, and stakeholder management skills. You'll lead campaigns, manage crisis communications, and shape internal messaging. A confident leader and creative thinker, you'll simplify complex ideas, inspire teams, and champion equity, diversity, and inclusion. Passion for empowering young people through the arts is essential

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £62,000 per annum
