Job summary

BNY seeks an experienced Commercial Strategy & Transformation Director to join the Commercial COO team in London. You will drive the commercial strategy, optimize sales operations, and elevate the client experience across the organization.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration with senior leaders to deliver ambitious commercial initiatives and oversee the transformation of BNY’s commercial capabilities, including the incorporation of AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy and sales enablement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO in developing and implementing the commercial strategy and model.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and enhance client experiences.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders including business leaders and product teams.
• Analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategy and decisions.
• Oversee strategic commercial initiatives with timely delivery and clear communication.
• Tell the story of the commercial transformation to internal and external audiences.
• Foster innovation with practical AI applications via BNY's AI Hub.
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
