The Role

The firm seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join their Camberley office.

Due to impending retirement, this role offers the opportunity to inherit an active high-net-worth caseload. The successful candidate will have the chance to influence the department's growth.

You will handle all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance, development, lease extensions, and more. Many instructions come from existing clients and recommendations, resulting in a strong HNW client base.
