If you are passionate about executing critical and complex international contracts and have experience working collaboratively with UK and/or international customers while protecting the commercial position, then look no further.
Salary: Circa £85,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site including international business travel.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
This role is within the Programmes Organisation, dedicated to delivering our obligations to our Poland MoD customer. You will oversee the commercial matters across a portfolio of contracts providing defence capabilities for the Poland Armed Forces, including complex technology transfer.
Responsibilities include leadership in contract preparation, negotiation, implementation, and performance, ensuring consistency, providing guidance, managing risks, and supporting business growth in Poland.

What we're looking for from you:
The role requires advanced negotiation skills, experience managing complex contracts, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and a good understanding of contract law, intellectual property, and risk management. You should be proactive in problem-solving, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and leading improvements.
Travel to Poland and other locations will be necessary regularly.
