Salary

Circa £85,000 depending on experience

Dynamic (hybrid) working

2-3 days per week on-site including international business travel.

Security Clearance

British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The Opportunity

This role is within the Programmes Organisation, focusing on delivering obligations to our Poland MoD customer, overseeing commercial matters across a portfolio of contracts involving complex technology transfer.

You will lead teams in the preparation, negotiation, implementation, and performance of commercial aspects throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring consistency and providing guidance to internal teams while managing risks and opportunities.

Key Activities
  • Contract Management: Ensuring MBDA meets contractual commitments, handling change management and problem-solving.
  • Negotiations: Guiding teams to reach agreement on contractual issues and amendments.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Building relationships with customer and industry stakeholders, representing the Group Head in meetings.
  • Leadership: Providing commercial guidance for the growth of MBDA Polska and supporting business development.
  • Working under pressure to meet deadlines and promote best practices.
What We're Looking For

We seek experienced professionals with excellent negotiation, process management, and contract management skills, capable of managing complex, high-value contracts and influencing teams. Travel to Poland will be regular, and candidates should be proactive in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
