A leading pharmaceutical wholesaler seeks a Head of Commercial in London. This strategic role involves managing a sales team to achieve targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess strong B2B sales experience and be adept in team coaching and problem-solving.

Our client is a pharmaceutical wholesaler and distributor serving the UK and export markets. They supply a wide range of products domestically and globally, catering to UK and international pharmaceutical wholesalers, manufacturers, pharmacies, and clinics.
As the Head of Commercial, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will manage and coach a team of 4 sales account managers.
You will collaborate with finance, purchasing, warehouse, and quality departments, with overall responsibility for achieving sales, marketing targets, KPIs, and budgets.
For each customer group, you will ensure that a customer-focused strategy is embedded in daily activities, with both existing and new customers.
This role is suitable for an analytical, experienced B2B sales professional. Experience managing a team is desirable. You should be a strong communicator, enjoy coaching and problem-solving, and be committed to helping customers and driving sales.
