Job Description:

GRG Executive has exclusively partnered with a dynamic international logistics business, seeking a motivated Head of Commercial Operations & Excellence to oversee the development of their cross-functional commercial offering globally. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with growth plans on a global scale!

This role can be based in the UK, Germany, or Dubai.

Key Duties:

  • Deal structuring
  • Product and service innovation
  • Business insights and commercial analytics
  • Market insights (competitor knowledge)
  • CRM – ensuring existing CRM is fully utilized

Additional Information:

  • Sales Support (including Pricing): Assists all sectors with deal structuring, pricing strategies, and client proposals.
  • Bid & Proposal Management (RFP/RFQ Support): Manages large tenders, proposal writing, and complex pricing models.
  • Commercial Analytics & Performance Reporting: Provides data insights on sales performance, margins, and sector-specific KPIs.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) & Key Accounts: Manages major client relationships, improves retention, and streamlines cross-sector opportunities.

The Ideal Background:

  • Strong background in pricing and other commercial elements of forwarding.
  • Ability to grow and scale teams.
  • Strong key account skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
