THE OPPORTUNITY

Kingsley is exclusively retained and working in partnership with Urban Splash, a highly successful real estate development company, to appoint a Head of Commercial Lettings.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and executing the leasing strategy for commercial properties
  2. Maximising occupancy, rental income, and asset value

The role will involve:

  1. Developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  2. Negotiating high-value lease agreements
  3. Ensuring the long-term success of the commercial portfolio
  4. Managing a small team

The portfolio is primarily based in the Northwest of England, with additional assets located elsewhere in the UK.
