About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with experience in the insurance industry (or in businesses providing services to it) to join our highly motivated team.

With demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels, you will support the Commercial Director in developing and implementing a commercial strategy aligned with Broker Insights’ objectives and market opportunities.

Utilising your leadership experience, you will manage and motivate a team of insurance professionals to drive digital transformation across the commercial insurance sector. You will develop an understanding of Broker Insights’ products and the market, attend face-to-face visits with Broker Relationship Managers to build relationships with senior stakeholders, and guide the team to maximise broker engagement and platform utilization.

You will also seek out and convert new opportunities with strategic customers, applying your commercial acumen and active listening skills to contribute to proposition development.

Additionally, you will have opportunities to develop your professional networks by attending industry events such as CII functions and the BIBA conference.
