This is a Head of Department role with the opportunity to lead a growing team, work across multiple sites, and benefit from a competitive salary and package.

This well-established company specializes in the development and conversion of bespoke residential properties across the South. With multiple offices across the South West and Wales, they are expanding and securing new projects. The company is seeking a Commercial Manager or Managing Surveyor, ideally with a housing background, to join their Cardiff office in light of upcoming developments around the South West. This role is suitable for candidates with a strong commercial background, quantity surveying experience, and housing expertise.

In this role, you will head up the Commercial department in Cardiff, monitor several housing developments in the South West, and be responsible for budgeting, creating cost plans, reporting, and managing the commercial team. You will also be involved in recruitment to grow the team within the Cardiff office. The role offers flexible working between the office and home.
