About the Role

Type: Full-time | Founding team track | Equity included

Our non-medical product, BodyMirror —a “virtual gym for the brain”—launches soon. It is the first home-ready BCI system to track and enhance brain and body health using proprietary AI, neuroscience, and science-driven gameplay. With growing interest from both B2C and enterprise (B2B wellness, pharma, and neurocare) buyers , we’re looking for a sharp, driven commercial leader to architect our revenue engine from the ground up.

As Head of Commercial , you’ll be responsible for building and leading our entire go-to-market and revenue function. This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-led company at a pivotal moment— post-R&D, pre-scale . You’ll work directly with the CEO and COO, help shape market strategy, influence future product roadmaps, and become a cornerstone of our leadership team.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and execute our early go-to-market and sales strategy across B2C, B2B wellness, pharma, and neurocare
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline—from first contact to closed deals and onboarding
  • Lead pricing strategy, market segmentation, and positioning
  • Drive early revenue for BodyMirror and prepare the groundwork for future product lines
  • Define and track key sales metrics, KPIs, and forecasting dashboards
  • Align closely with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to ensure market fit and user engagement
  • Recruit, manage, and scale a high-performing commercial team
  • Support investor communications and fundraising by shaping the commercial narrative and reporting traction
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, ideally in digital health, wellness, SaaS, or deeptech
  • Proven track record launching and scaling a sales strategy at an early-stage company
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills—you’re just as comfortable pitching a customer as you are refining the pricing model
  • Deep curiosity and bias for action—you take ownership and thrive in ambiguity
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder—internally and externally
  • Passion for brain health, behaviour, neuroscience, or human performance is a big plus
  • Experience selling into pharma, D2C wellness, employer wellbeing, or digital therapeutics markets
The Cherry on Top
  • Experience launching or scaling products in regulated or hybrid (medical + non-medical) environments
  • Familiarity with brain health, neurotech, or digital therapeutics
  • Exposure to both D2C and enterprise/B2B sales cycles
  • A strong network in pharma, wellness, health insurance , or clinical innovation
  • Prior involvement in international market expansion (UK, EU, US, MENA)
