Morgan McKinley is exclusively partnering a past paced UK business to recruit a Head of Commercial Finance & FP&A.

Reporting into the Finance Director, this is an exceptional opportunity to take full ownership of commercial finance and lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles.

In this highly commercial role, you will build strong relationships across the leadership teams, present the annual budget, forecast and oversee a strong team of finance business partners.

Role

Working in tandem with the Finance Director you will aid the leadership team with investment decisions as well as supporting and driving strategic decision making.

Responsibilities for the Head of Commercial Finance & FP&A will include:

• Present to the leadership team to identify areas of improvement across the business, add clarity to commercial drivers and support investment decisions.
• Lead and continually improve the budgeting for forecasting cycles.
• Oversee and coach the business partnering team.

Profile

• It is essential the candidate is a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Strong communication skills - able to push back AND able to support stakeholders.
• Proven experience within commercial finance and ownership of a budgeting process.
