Head of Commercial Finance
£80,000-£100,000 + car allowance + bonus + medical + benefits

This is a high profile role within the financial services division of this FTSE PLC.

It is essential that applicants are from a Financial Services background. You will have high-level, commercial finance experience within financial services / banking in the last 5 years (ideally you will be currently working in the financial services / banking sector).

Reporting to CFO

Oversee the provision of commercial analysis to senior management & the executive.

Lead commercial finance team (8) and support the business in understanding & controlling performance including sales pipeline & recruitment/churn performance, departmental spend, gross profit & margin, labour spend, development & investment capex:

• Establish Activity based costing (ABC) models

• Market & competitor analysis
• Design Sales incentives scheme & manage payout
• Business loans
• Investment & development spend
• Monitor departmental spend
• Detailed Month end analysis

Skills & Qualifications:

• Current/Recent experience of working in financial services industry ESSENTIAL
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
