Job summary

Camino Search is assisting a PE-backed services group at an exciting growth stage to recruit a senior finance leader. You will shape budgeting, planning and performance measurement across the group, reporting to the CFO and partnering with business leaders.

The role is hands-on, with a focus on building templates, forecasting, KPI insight, and leading monthly performance reviews. You will also drive acquisitions support and automated reporting as the group scales.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Senior FP&A or commercial finance background, ideally PE-backed.
• Experience supporting acquisitions and integrations.
• Commercially minded with strong modelling skills, and credible with senior stakeholders.
• Happy to build things with limited structure.

The role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll shape how the group plans, forecasts and measures performance. It’s a hands‑on role for someone who can quickly understand the commercial model and run with it.
