The Role
This is a career-defining opportunity for a commercially sharp, beauty-obsessed leader to take full ownership of our growing beauty division. You'll be the driving force behind our beauty strategy – from building standout brand partnerships to curating product ranges and creating customer-first experiences that cut through the noise.
We need someone who lives and breathes the beauty space – who knows the big players and the rising stars, gets the consumer inside-out, and can translate trends into bottom-line results.
What you'll be doing:
- Set the Strategy – Build and execute a bold commercial strategy across our entire beauty portfolio.
- Own the Category – Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, merchandising, and pricing.
- Build the Brands – Cultivate and manage relationships with top-tier and up-and-coming beauty names to bring fresh, exclusive offerings to our customers.
- Drive Performance – Full P&L responsibility, forecasting, and commercial planning to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Lead the Team – Inspire and mentor a high-performing team across buying, planning, and marketing functions.
- Stay Ahead – Use trend insights, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour to shape decisions and spot new opportunities.
- Elevate the Experience – Work closely with digital, marketing, and retail teams to deliver seamless and memorable multi-channel customer journeys.
The Person
You’ll need to be more than just good at what you do – we’re after someone fearless, fast-moving, and fiercely passionate about the beauty industry.
Must-haves:
- Experience in a commercial, buying or category leadership role within the beauty or luxury retail space – beauty experience is non-negotiable.
- A proven track record in driving growth, building high-impact partnerships and leading top-tier teams.
- Commercially sharp with excellent analytical, financial and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of beauty trends, brand positioning and consumer behaviour.
- Confident, collaborative, and comfortable working at pace with senior stakeholders.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance creative thinking and commercial performance.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion or related field (MBA welcomed but not essential).
