This is more than just a contracts role. As the Head of Commercial, you’ll lead the commercial and pricing function, owning everything from value-based pricing models to enterprise deal structuring, contract renewals, and partner agreements. You’ll work directly with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to create compelling commercial propositions that align with product strategy, deliver client value, and support their continued global growth.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role – perfect for someone currently acting as a 2nd-in-command (2iC) in a commercial function within a data-centric or enterprise SaaS business, who is now ready to step into their first true head-of position.

To be successful as the Head of Commercial, all you need is:
  • Commercial experience within a SaaS environment, ideally focused on enterprise clients or data-centric solutions
  • Proven track record in creating pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract negotiation
  • Comfortable drafting and negotiating contracts with access to legal counsel for complex scenarios
  • Strong commercial acumen with an analytical mindset – able to assess trends and drive value
  • Team leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Finance
