We’re seeking a Head of Commercial to take ownership of commercial leadership across a high-profile, long-term contract. This is a strategic, visible role where you’ll be at the heart of transformation—working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver cost savings, generate revenue, and manage commercial risk.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading on commercial strategy and frameworks to protect and grow business interests.
  • Driving profitability through smart contract management, cost control, and risk frameworks.
  • Acting as the trusted voice for all commercial, legal, and procurement matters.
  • Managing supplier performance and building strong client-side relationships.
  • Embedding sustainable practices, supporting carbon reduction goals across the estate.
  • Inspiring confidence with stakeholders and acting as a key partner to customer commercial teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • Graduate-calibre professional with a background in Law, Surveying, or the Built Environment (chartered status desirable).
  • Strong commercial leadership experience, ideally within housing, facilities, or a related sector.
  • Excellent financial and contractual acumen—confident managing complex negotiations.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Flexible to travel across the South of England, with regular meetings in Birmingham.
