14 Clubs in London seeks a senior hospitality operations lead to own day-to-day running, tech stack, and Member experience. You’ll manage P&L, stock, and supplier relations, while leading the hospitality team and coordinating with the Director of Golf.

You will configure and integrate booking, EPOS and Membership systems, write SOPs, and drive pre-opening setup. The role demands strong service instincts and hands-on leadership on the floor.

Qualifications

• Three or more years running or deputising on a premium single site operation in London.
• Ownership of a P&L and strong stock/gross profit focus.
• Proven ability to lead hospitality teams and deliver outstanding Member service.

Responsabilités

• Run the club on day-to-day basis, owning service standards and Member experience.
• Own the site P&L, budget creation and weekly trading reporting.
• Configure and integrate booking, EPOS, and membership systems, with clear docs.
• Lead hospitality team, recruit, train and manage performance and rota.
• Ensure compliance, licensing, health and safety, and data protection.
• Oversee food and beverage systems, stock control and supplier relationships.
• Pre-opening setup, SOPs, and direct coordination with Founder and Golf team.
