About you:

You are a Cloud technologies leader with proven expertise managing MSP or IT consulting teams across complete managed services operations. Your comprehensive knowledge included all aspects of cloud technologies, enabling you to guide technical strategy while effectively supporting sales engagements. Lead effectively in building and directing high-performing teams in consulting environments, ensuring quality delivery while maintaining commercial focus. Your technical depth and business acumen allow you to identify strategic opportunities and translate complex cloud solutions into tangible client value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as technical authority across stakeholders and customers, providing expert guidance to ensure successful outcomes
  • Drive delivery excellence in managed services operations according to defined best practices and quality requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise during sales cycles for cloud-managed services opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and deliver cloud service offerings that align with strategic objectives
  • Manage client relationships and build consensus while coaching team members on customer engagement
  • Communicate the value of services to solve customer challenges, particularly in cloud-managed solutions
  • Support financial goals through effective resource allocation and service delivery oversight
  • Own technical governance for managed services and conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities
  • Lead and mentor delivery teams to achieve excellence across engagements of various sizes
  • Perform line management duties for team leaders and direct reports
  • Contribute to the leadership team as a subject matter expert for all business stakeholders
  • Partner with vendor alliances and technology partners to enhance service offerings
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine client messaging and approach

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 15+ years' experience in consulting or technical service delivery organizations
  • 5+ years' people management experience with distributed teams
  • Proven cloud technology expertise with vendor certifications (Azure & AWS preferred)
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, Application Modernization)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus
  • Experience mentoring technical professionals and leading virtual teams
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
