You will be working alongside our Head of Clinical Negligence Department in Manchester reporting directly to our National Heads of Department.This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a progressive and supportive firm to drive growth and operational excellence across the team.In this role, every day will be a unique and exciting challenge that will include:* Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Clinical Negligence Department.* Day-to-day management of the department.* Overseeing training and supervision of the department.* Overseeing the financial performance of the department.* Overseeing complex, high-value clinical negligence cases, providing technical expertise and support to team members and acting as the lead solicitor on high-profile cases.* Responsible for the department’s achievement of agreed targets and key performance indicators.Visit our page to see the cases you’ll be working on.** What you will need**We are thrilled to offer this exciting opportunity and are looking for individuals with the following experiences, qualifications, and personality traits.
