Job description

The Head of Clinical Governance Analytics will provide senior analytical leadership across the Clinical Governance portfolio, leading the incident and data team and overseeing the production of high-quality intelligence, reports and dashboards that support patient safety, quality improvement, regulatory assurance and Board decision-making.

The role is responsible for the quality chapter of the Trust Integrated Performance Report, the CQC dashboard and other key analytical outputs, ensuring information is reliable, meaningful and focused on identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

Working closely with Clinical Groups, corporate teams and senior leaders, the post holder will translate complex data into actionable intelligence, support assurance and improvement activity, and strengthen the integration of clinical audit, effectiveness and wider governance intelligence across the Trust.

The Head of Clinical Governance Analytics will provide senior leadership for the Trust's clinical governance intelligence function, leading the incident and data team and overseeing reports and dashboards that support patient safety, quality improvement, regulatory assurance and Board decision-making.
