Job summary

hub101.earth is a UK charity focused on climate education and action. We are seeking an experienced Head of Research and Content to lead R&D for our e-Learning content, ensure high quality and up-to-date materials, and build in-house expertise across climate, nature and environmental topics.

You will shape the education strategy, manage external researchers, and collaborate with podcast and bespoke education teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional experience in fields such as carbon markets, climate policy, or economics.
• Strong knowledge of research design and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-specialist audiences.
• Experience working with diverse teams, partners and creatives.
• Experience in UK or global charities or public sector adds value.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the charity’s online education content strategy.
• Design and oversee R&D on education content for the e-Learning series.
• Build in-house expertise on climate, nature and environmental topics.
• Be our in-house expert on carbon markets and pricing.
• Track and update education materials with current developments.
• Collaborate with podcast and bespoke education teams to inform content.
• Manage external researchers, consultants and partnerships.
• Represent the charity at events and sector forums.
