Role: Senior Head of Client Solutions | iGaming

Salary: Up to £120,000 depending on experience

Experience: senior-level experience in iGaming & affiliate marketing with a strong track record in commercial strategy - ideally with a solid understanding of paid media and how it drives performance at scale

Location: Hybrid - London

We’re hiring for a newly created senior role at one of the world’s leading digital sports media brands - a brilliant opportunity to help shape how they grow and strengthen their client partnerships across multiple markets and platforms.

This is a senior role with real impact, focused on building smart, scalable client solutions that bring together commercial thinking, strategic clarity and operational know-how. It’s a chance to spot opportunities, create frameworks that work at scale, and collaborate with teams across sales, strategy, product, media and operations to bring those ideas to life.

You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced, data-rich environment where media, content and tech come together. While you won’t need to be hands-on with every detail, having a solid grasp of how paid media drives customer acquisition and growth will really set you up for success.

This would suit someone already working at a senior level in iGaming, affiliate marketing or digital media, with experience in commercial strategy, client solutions, go-to-market or growth roles. If you enjoy bringing clarity to complexity and structure to scale - and like working in a collaborative, forward-thinking setting - this could be a really exciting next step.

Requirements:

  • Experience driving growth in fast-moving, competitive markets - ideally with 3 to 5 years of shaping strategy, managing budgets and delivering against key targets
  • Comfortable analysing markets, spotting opportunities and staying ahead of trends with a curious, data-led mindset
  • Well connected in the gaming, sports or online gambling world, with the confidence and warmth to build strong, lasting relationships
  • Naturally entrepreneurial and commercially minded, with a flexible, solutions-focused approach and a love of tackling challenges
  • Confident leading digital marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution, across channels like SEM and display
  • A solid understanding of the gaming and affiliate space, with working knowledge of paid media, consumer behaviour and growth marketing
